Job Description
The Registered Nurse/LPN Consultant is a self-employed contractor providing oversight and monitoring to Caregivers. This role involves completing screening tools, coordinating assessments, developing AFC plans, supervising Caregivers, and monitoring health status. The position offers flexible work schedule and is paid per visit.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse/LPN license in Massachusetts
- 2+ years’ experience in direct care of the elderly or disabled adults
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
- Meaningful experience in working independently and in a team setting
- Ability to meet deadlines for assigned tasks
- Acceptable CORI (criminal record assessment)
