Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

Role Overview

Manage people, process, machines, and activities related to the production area on 2nd shift, supporting and reporting to the Production Manager. Ensure compliance with the production schedule and timing, as well as safety, productivity, and standards of quality.

What You Will Do

This is a hands-on supervisory role, requiring active participation in machine operations and close collaboration with both the operators and material handling teams. Responsible for the area in terms of productivity, service, quality, and safety.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of forklift experience desired
• Minimum of 5-year experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in a production environment as machine operator (technical background)
• Leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
