
Job description
Service Engineer will service, test, troubleshoot and repair manual and robotics products within the EMEA/APAC region. The role includes customer's equipment either in-house or at customer's premises and training as and when required.
Service and Repair of Manual and Robotic products, technical support to Distributors/Dealers/OEM's end customers and our own Customer Service team, inspection and repair of Loan Demo Kit, travel to customer sites, produce estimates, and assist with the planning of service visits.
