
Job description
As a Service Engineer - Delhi, you will provide onsite technical service support to customers, including installation, preventive maintenance, breakdown resolution, and customer training. You will be responsible for supporting service revenue growth through promotion of service contracts, consumables, and identification of upgrade or replacement opportunities. The role will be located in Delhi and will be on a hybrid work model.
A typical day will involve attending and resolving customer equipment breakdowns, installing and maintaining Videojet equipment, performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, and promoting service contracts and consumables to customers.
This role requires strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, effective communication and customer-handling skills, and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
