Job Description
We are looking for an Investment Associate to support the development and active management of a diversified Generational Portfolio across real estate, forestry, and regenerative agriculture. This role combines financial rigor with strategic thinking and requires hands-on investment experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and knowledge of real asset classes.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, private equity, or real asset investment management
- Strong academic background in Business, Finance, or Economics
- Knowledge of real asset classes (real estate, agriculture, forestry) and familiarity with asset allocation, risk-return, and performance frameworks
- Exposure to portfolio management, value creation initiatives, and asset controlling
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders
- Fluency in English, German preferred
- Analytical, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, resilience, and collaborative spirit
