Role Overview

Build the future of group finance and grow into systems, consolidation, and portfolio exposure. This role is designed as a long-term development platform within Group Finance at Viessmann Generations Group.

What You Will Do

Work at the core of financial transparency, gaining exposure to group accounting, reporting structures, and financial systems across a diverse international portfolio. Support the preparation and review of financial statements and reporting packages, ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency of financial data, and maintain a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial flows.

Requirements

• Top-tier academic background from a leading university in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in Audit at a Big4 firm or comparable environment
• Strong foundation in accounting (HGB and/or IFRS) and financial reporting
• Experience with financial statements and confidence in accounting topics, including the ability to handle year-end topics if required
• High affinity for systems, data, and technology, with the ability to quickly understand and work with new tools
• Hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership beyond pure conceptual work
• High level of integrity, ambition, and long-term development orientation
• Business fluency in German and English
