Finance Manager / Chief Accountant

Viking Malt is seeking a Finance Manager / Chief Accountant to lead the finance function in Poland and act as a key strategic partner to the local and Group leadership teams. The role will be responsible for financial governance, compliance, and performance of the Polish entity, as well as providing strategic financial insight to support business decisions.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
• Proven leadership experience in finance, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in finance, accounting, tax regulations and business controlling.
• Experience in an international, matrix organization is highly valued.
• Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (M3 or similar) and modern reporting tools (e.g., Qlik Sense).
• Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office tools.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
