Northpointe Woods is seeking a Quality of Life Specialist to provide resident care in a fast-paced, compassionate environment. This role focuses on enhancing the lives of residents in memory care through personalized care, promoting a calm atmosphere, and maintaining a high quality of life. The position involves various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services.

- Promote a calm atmosphere.
- Promote a healthy community culture.
- Assist residents with high quality of personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
- Assist residents with medication administration.
- Assist residents with meal time.

- Document resident status.
- Respond to emergencies.
