Village Green is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. The role involves completing work orders, servicing residents, and maintaining the property's exterior.

Requirements

• Timely completion of work orders and special projects
• Completion of plumbing and electrical service requests
• Completion of apartment turns
• Servicing residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner
• Diagnoses problems and repairs in the areas of electrical
• Assists in maintaining the exterior of the property daily
• Housekeeping duties as required
• Availability for on-call purposes and flexibility to work weekends
