Patient Service Representative

We are hiring a Patient Service Representative to greet visitors, patients, and families in a friendly professional manner and direct them appropriately. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to organize and perform multiple tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED required
• Heartsaver within 30 days of hire
• Previous PSR experience preferred
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing
• Basic proficiency in computer use required
• Knowledge of medical office and terminology preferred
• Ability to travel to satellite offices as needed
