Revenue Operations Manager

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at Vim, a technology company building digital infrastructure for US healthcare. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of RevOps experience and have used AI and automation to upgrade how they work. They will own revenue operations end-to-end, including designing, automating, and continuously improving processes that run sales, marketing, and customer success.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of RevOps, SalesOps, or GTM Ops experience
• End-to-end ownership of a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce)
• Experience with AI and automation
• Shipped production automations (n8n, Zapier, Make, or Workato)
• Ability to write own SQL
• Experience with modern outbound tools
