Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in plastics manufacturing preferred
• Proven experience as an Extruder Operator or similar role in the plastics industry
• Strong understanding of the extrusion process and related machinery
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
