Senior Backend/Full Stack Software Engineer

VIOTAS is a market leader in smart grid technology and demand response services. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated engineer to work with us in our Platform Development Team. As a Senior Backend/Full Stack Software Engineer, you will work with the team to take technical ownership for the design and implementation of high-level feature requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development
• Proficiency and professional experience in TypeScript & JavaScript and frameworks like NestJS
• Experience working with graph databases like Neo4J and query technologies like Graph QL
• Strong understanding of web development principles, including RESTful API design
• Experience with DevOps platforms like GitLab for code management and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with AWS services
• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and deployment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
