Junior FP&A Analyst

The Junior FP&A Analyst will be part of the Junior FP&A team reporting to the FP&A Manager, supporting business growth and working with stakeholders in North America and Europe. The role involves preparing departmental expenses, creating ad-hoc analysis, and developing business models.

Requirements

• Be the business partner for some of the business unit stakeholders (Sales, Product, Marketing, R&D) for both NA and EU.
• Prepare and monitor departmental expenses
• Create ad-hoc analysis on product margin, price increase, etc.
• Develop business models to reflect current and future business needs
• Prepare and maintain monthly rolling forecast and provide actual vs. budget and target analyses with explanation
• Assess and track key performance indicators and perform trend analysis to build sound forecasting
• Assist in the preparation of the 3Yrs Plan and on the annual budget
• Assist on M&A as required
