VP, Client Services

At Viral Nation, we're seeking a VP, Client Services to lead our client services team and drive revenue growth, retention, and long-term strategic direction. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in client services or account management, preferably within a media, digital or social/influencer agency environment.

Requirements

• Own overall revenue growth, retention, and long-term strategic direction for the pod
• Drive revenue expansion through pipeline development, new opportunities, and cross-functional partnerships
• Lead pod-level planning across forecasting, resourcing, and investment decisions
• Set and champion a high-performance client services culture
• Own P&L accountability, ensuring profitability, client satisfaction, and sustainable performance
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior clients
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for client issues
• Own the full scoping process for existing clients
• Conceptualize and pitch innovative strategies
• Drive innovation through strategic roadmap development, AI-first workflows, and process transformation
• Champion strong COE and cross-functional partnerships
• Lead a cohesive CSL team culture
• Lead portfolio pipeline governance and forecasting accuracy
• Coach, mentor, and develop Directors and Account Directors
• Represent the company as a thought leader at flagship events
