Part-time Enrollment Representatives

The Center for Enrollment at Virginia Wesleyan University is seeking Part-time Enrollment Representatives to support their pre-nursing program launch. This role involves educating prospective students about scholarships and connecting them with the university. The position is for a 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Monday-Thursday role with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must have a strong belief in the importance of Education
• Customer Service/Call Center experience (preferred)
• Previous Admissions experience (plus)
• Dynamic, professional and articulate telephone communication skills
• Must demonstrate ability to engage prospective students in a positive, friendly and outgoing manner
• Must possess strong multitasking skills, typing skills required
• Must be dependable, punctual and customer service oriented
