IT Administrator

Role Overview

Join our international team in Bratislava and become part of a company that is redefining laboratory services across Europe. You will provide first- and second-level IT support for internal users and ensure fast and professional issue resolution.

What You Will Do

You will install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, support and administer Microsoft 365 environments for end users, and assist with network administration using UniFi technologies.

Requirements

• Completed education or training in IT or comparable technical qualification
• Practical experience in IT support and system administration
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of network administration, ideally with UniFi
• Experience working with Windows operating systems and server environments
• Very good English language skills at C1 level
• Additional language skills in German considered an advantage
