Role Overview

We are looking for an engaged employee in sample logistics & commercial processing to strengthen our team. The role involves receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming samples and goods, as well as organization of internal sample distribution and support of sample management.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities include receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming samples and goods, organization of internal sample distribution, support of sample management, interface between laboratory, quality management, and shipping, creation and processing of invoices, and maintenance of data in ERP/labor information systems.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or scientific education
• Professional experience in a service laboratory (GLP, GMP, or GCP environment)
• Careful, structured, and reliable working method
• Safe handling of MS Office
• Experience with ERP/LIMS systems
• Team skills, organizational talent, and enjoyment of an interface function between laboratory and administration
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• English language skills
