Accounting Supervisor

Role Overview

The Accounting Supervisor oversees daily accounting operations, ensures accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, and provides leadership to the accounting team. This role supports month-end and year-end close processes, maintains internal controls, and collaborates with management to improve financial workflows and reporting quality.

What You Will Do

Lead and mentor accounting staff, review journal entries and financial reports, support month-end and year-end close, coordinate with auditors, identify process inefficiencies, and prepare ad-hoc financial reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or lead responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Proficiency with accounting software, Oracle NetSuite preferred, and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
