Senior Java Architect / Lead Backend Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Java Architect / Lead Backend Engineer with strong experience in designing and building cloud-native, high-performance, microservices-based enterprise systems.

What You Will Do

Design, define, and govern scalable microservices architectures, develop high-performance backend services, build and maintain REST, SOAP, gRPC, and GraphQL APIs, implement asynchronous processing, and optimize APIs to meet strict SLAs.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in backend / enterprise software development
• Strong expertise in Java (17+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, NGINX, Tomcat, WebLogic
• Strong API design experience: REST, SOAP, gRPC, GraphQL
• Caching & performance tuning using Redis
• Observability tools: Zipkin, ELK stack
• Databases: Oracle DB, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Testing frameworks: JUnit, Mockito
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure DevOps)
• Experience integrating ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud) and third-party platforms
• Knowledge of event-driven and pub-sub messaging architectures
