Visit.org is seeking an Engagement Manager to join their growing remote team. The ideal candidate will have experience in management consulting, strategy, engagement management, or a senior client-facing role from a Big 4 or equivalent consulting background. The role involves managing complex client engagements, owning executive-level relationships, and driving social impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, engagement management, or a senior client-facing role from a Big 4 or equivalent consulting background
- Proven ability to own and run the full, complex, multi-workstream client engagements
- Experience managing enterprise accounts or partnerships with demonstrated impact on retention, growth, or strategic outcomes
- Strong executive presence and organizational and project management skills
- Fluency in building the business case for value through data, client narratives, and strategic insight
- Genuine passion for social impact and a belief in the power of technology to drive meaningful change at scale
