AI Software Engineer

As an AI Software Engineer at Visium, you will design, develop, and productionalize AI solutions that deliver real business value to our clients. You will lead complex AI software engineering projects, mentor colleagues, and champion best practices in software engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on track record productionalizing complex AI/ML projects
• Deep understanding of the current AI ecosystem - frameworks, tooling, and emerging patterns
• Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into robust, maintainable technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
