Job description
Join our AI & Automation team to build AI-powered features that change how accounting works. You'll work on production systems processing real financial data for real businesses, with high standards for correctness, auditability, and transparency.
Build intelligent automation, AI runtime services, and an AI assistant. Develop confidence scoring, decision thresholds, and human-in-the-loop approval flows. Evaluate and integrate LLMs, track automation rates, and build feedback mechanisms.
You'll have the mandate, data, and architectural runway to build meaningful AI capabilities. You'll work on features that directly reduce manual work for thousands of businesses and accounting professionals. You'll have the ability to grow professionally through internal courses and self-study opportunities.
