HR Manager II

HR Manager II will partner with business management to drive business results through effective management and implementation of HR projects and activities.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of progressive, related professional HR experience at high performing organizations
• Demonstrated success and experience in consulting on and driving Compensation, Performance Management, Staffing and Learning and Development
• Demonstrated leadership and customer focus skills
• Knowledge of employment law and current HR trends
• Certification as SPHR or PHR desired
• Demonstrated success in Project Management
