Psychotherapist

Vitae Health is seeking a qualified Psychotherapist to provide mental health services to residents in a skilled nursing facility, assessing, diagnosing, and treating emotional and behavioral conditions, and supporting residents’ overall well-being and adjustment to medical and life changes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Active and unrestricted license in respective state (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
• 2 years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in geriatric, long-term care, or medical settings
