Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Prominent self-responsibility and initiative
- High communication strength, negotiation security and team ability
- Clear results and closing orientation with the focus on measurable goals, sustainable growth and sales increase
- Strong commercial thinking, assertiveness and the ability to place sales arguments convincingly and represent decisions safely
- Experience in selling consumer goods, ideally in the Convenience sector
- Secure handling of CRM systems and MS Office
- Structured, performance-oriented way of working
- Travel readiness and a valid B class driver's license
