Social Media & Content Coordinator Barebells New Zealand

At Vitamin Well Group, we are looking for a TikTok- and Instagram-native who can drive on-the-ground content creation, local community building, and platform-native storytelling to scale our presence in New Zealand. The role is focused on growing Barebells in New Zealand, with scope to expand across additional brands as the business evolves.

Requirements

• Create and produce engaging short-form content for TikTok and Reels
• Be out in gyms, events, and local communities capturing real, in-the-moment content
• Work with local creators, athletes, and ambassadors to generate authentic content
• Engage with the community through comments, mentions, and UGC in a natural, on-brand way
• Track what performs and continuously adjust content based on results
