Admissions RN

VITAS is seeking a passionate Admissions RN to provide compassionate care and guidance to patients and families through hospice. This role bridges hospital and community care, ensuring patients and families understand their options and navigate the transition to hospice services with confidence. Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospice, palliative, ER, ICU, home health or case management preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Active listener who builds trust and rapport
• Confident in guiding others through uncertainty
• Reliable professional with strong follow-through and autonomy
• Patient-centered advocate committed to dignity and comfort
