Job Description
VITAS is seeking a Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care to hospice patients. Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- 42 CFR Section 484.36 and 484.36 (a)(1) documentation of 75 hours of training
- Certificate of completion for CA, HHA, HA, or CHHA
- Ability to travel within the designated region
