VITAS Home Health is seeking a Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care and services to hospice patients. The role involves tasks such as home health care, meal preparation, ambulation, and basic treatments. VITAS is a leading provider of end-of-life care and offers a people-focused environment.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Documentation of 75 hours of training as specified in 42 C.F.R. Sections 484.36 and 484.36 (a)(1)
• Successful completion of a Competency Evaluation program
• State Allowable Training/Certification (CA, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IN, MI, PA, TX, VA, WI, HHA)
