Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The LPN/LVN will administer nursing care according to the plan of care to terminally ill patients in a VITAS program. This role involves providing direct bedside nursing care, evaluating patient/family needs, completing interdisciplinary plans of care, and documenting clinical findings. The role requires teamwork and collaboration to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Must have and maintain transportation.
• Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state.
• At least one year of satisfactory nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• At least one year of experience in LPN/LVN.
