The Licenced Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct skilled bedside nursing care to terminally ill patients. Responsibilities include assessment, medication administration, patient care, documentation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes teamwork, professional growth, and a focus on patient well-being.

Requirements

• Must have and maintain transportation
• Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state
• At least one year of satisfactory nursing experience, at least one year of which is an LPN/LVN in a hospital on an adult medical surgical unit.
• Must have and maintain liability insurance.
