
Job description
The Customer Service Assistant plays a key role in interacting with customers and patients for a positive experience, supporting the genetic testing process and maintaining patient satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service, manage orders, collect documentation, process payments, respond to emails and phone calls, and perform other customer service or administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate has a minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience, preferably in a medical or patient care field, with high attention to detail, technical skills, and excellent communication skills.
