The role involves ensuring data consistency, performance management, and optimizing lead conversion processes, as well as training users in RevOps tools. Requirements

• Significant prior experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations (2-5 years).
• Mastery of CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent) and workflow automation.
• Strong sensitivity for data and performance measurement (Excel/Sheets, SQL/BI).
• Comfort structuring and documenting processes and onboarding teams.
• Curiosity, analytical, and pragmatic approach.
• Autonomous, structured, and pragmatic with a taste for tools.
• Enjoy driving concrete projects and serving people on the ground
