Job Description
The Manager-Core, IN & VAS role is responsible for managing IN (Data, Voice Charging) & VAS operations, projects rollout, and system consolidation at the circle level. The role requires engagement with various teams and a focus on customer experience, revenue leakage handling, and emergency issue resolution.
Requirements
- FIELD SUPPORT: Field support for issues resolution related to HW/SW.
- CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Enrich customer IN&VAS services by meticulous Customer complaints analysis and resolution.
- PROJECT SUPPORT: Support new IN&VAS services/Platform rollouts.
- DATABASE MANAGEMENT: Spare management & EOS/EOL management.
- SECURITY MANAGEMENT: Support Nodal teams during TERM cell audits and internal & external SOX Audit management periodically.
