Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, or MBA
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing complex large projects as a project or general manager, with total project accountability
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a matrix team environment
• Valid passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
