Job description
As an AI Enablement Engineer, you will define, operationalise, and scale how artificial intelligence is adopted at voize. You will build the infrastructure, guardrails, and enablement systems that help every team at voize adopt AI in a way that is safe, reliable, and actually improves work loops.
Your daily business will involve building the AI infrastructure, enabling and educating teams, setting guardrails, consulting and shipping with teams, driving change, turning usage into learning, and building the context layer.
You will be a good fit for this role if you have 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment, strong technical fluency in LLM-based systems, and a proven enablement track record.
