Case Manager

Volunteers of America–Greater New York (VOA–Greater New York) is seeking a Case Manager to provide services to clients in need across New York City, Northern New Jersey, and Westchester. The Case Manager will work with clients to assess their strengths and needs, plan a course of action, link them to services, and counsel them to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or 60 college credits courses in Human Services field, or High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant shelter experience
• Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication, including basic computer skills
