Volunteers of America–Greater New York is seeking a Case Manager to work with clients to assess their strengths and needs, plan a course of action, and provide supportive counseling to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or 60 college credits courses in Human Services field
• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant shelter experience
