Director, Quality Assurance & New Initiatives (Hybrid)

Volunteers of America–Greater New York (VOA–Greater New York) is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance and New Initiatives to lead quality improvement and staff development activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring outcome measures, educating staff in treatment models, and supervising assigned staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Five years of experience in program management, staff supervision, program evaluation, and staff training
• Treatment models like those used by Volunteers of America
• Knowledge of empirical outcome measurement, social learning theory, and staff training needs
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
