Rehabilitative Counselor

Volunteers of America–Greater New York is seeking a Rehabilitative Counselor to support individuals with disabilities by providing vocational rehabilitation and workforce development services.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Vocational Rehabilitation, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in a vocational rehabilitation, career counseling, or workforce development setting
• Certification as a Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) from the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC)
• Previous experience in supervising or mentoring staff, particularly in disability services or workforce development, is highly preferred
