
Job description
The intern will work in the Quality department, assisting with tracking and reporting metrics, updating the Quality Management System, and participating in root cause analysis of quality defects. The role requires attention to detail, communication, dependability, flexibility, and self-starter skills. The intern will work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality and production goals.
The intern will be responsible for tracking and reporting metrics, updating the Quality Management System, and participating in root cause analysis of quality defects. They will also assist with integrating the Quality Management System into a global Operational Management System and support quality-in-station practices throughout specified assembly areas.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a strong sense of urgency and be able to develop and implement feasible action plans to resolve issues impacting production.
