Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), Visiting Nursing - Full-time

Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) provides client care in the client's own home, providing physical assessments, symptom control support, palliative care, rehabilitation therapy, wound care, education, and counseling to individuals and families. The RPN is responsible for safe and appropriate teaching, assignment, and delegation of tasks to different categories of workers.

Requirements

• License as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in the province of practice
• Additional degrees or certificates may be required for positions requiring expertise in a specific field of clinical practice
• Clinical practice experience is an asset
• Experience in community health is an asset
