Requirements
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure each dish is plated and presented attractively for an exceptional dining experience
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor and manage inventory to ensure adequate supplies are available
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a similar role
- Solid understanding of culinary techniques and principles
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and high standards for quality
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
