AI Platform Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Platform Engineer to join our Information Technology team. As an AI Platform Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, systems integration, and applied AI. You will work with APIs, integrations, orchestration, internal tooling, and automation across systems such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Slack, Jira, and cloud platforms in Azure and AWS.

What You Will Do

Some of the things you'll be up to: building and maintaining AI solutions on top of the internal AI platform and integration layer, connecting AI tools to internal systems, data sources, and workflows, developing internal AI assistants and automations that reduce manual work, and improving scalability, reliability, security, and governance across AI tooling.

We're looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, who enjoys solving systems problems and is genuinely curious about how AI can be applied in practice. You should be comfortable working without fully defined requirements and think proactively about security, governance, and operational reliability.

Requirements

• Cloud infrastructure in Azure and/or AWS
• APIs, integrations, and event-driven architectures
• Writing production-grade code, not just scripts
• Internal tooling, automation, or platform engineering
• Data pipelines, structured/unstructured data, and RAG patterns
• Identity and access management in Microsoft environments such as Entra ID / Azure AD
