Head of Creative Studio

We're looking for a Head of Creative Studio to help lead VRChat's live ops content pipeline—shipping high-quality 3D props and assets to players on a regular cadence.

Requirements

• 8+ years in game development or real-time content production
• meaningful experience shipping ongoing content (live ops, events, seasonal drops, or frequent updates)
• strong experience working with external studios & vendors
• excellent creative judgment and ability to build systems that help teams make good decisions repeatedly
• ability to translate creative goals into shippable reality
