Accounting Manager

VSCO is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their Finance & Accounting team. The role is responsible for managing the monthly close process, leveraging AI tools, and improving efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and a strong working knowledge of US GAAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of month-end close
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience with ERP systems; experience supporting or leading an ERP implementation required
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with comfort working in data-driven workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable working cross-functionally with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• High attention to detail with a preventative, not reactive, approach to accounting operations
