
Job description
The Trade Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring VulcanForms' import and export activities comply with all applicable U.S. and international trade regulations. This is a hands-on role that partners closely with procurement, supply chain, finance, legal and operations to manage day-to-day trade execution, mitigate regulatory risk, and enable efficient cross-border manufacturing and sourcing.
Own and manage VulcanForms' trade compliance program, including import/export operations across the Americas and global suppliers; develop, implement, and maintain product export and import classifications, HS/HTS classifications and country-of-origin determination processes.
This role requires a strong working knowledge of U.S. export regulations including ITAR and EAR, trade audits, customs regulations, and international trade requirements. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in trade compliance, import/export operations, or global supply chain roles.
