Warehouse Associate

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Associate at VulcanForms Inc., you will perform general physical activities to load, unload, sort, and move materials by hand or using material handling equipment. You will also manage verification, acceptance, and counting received products as needed.

What You Will Do

Ship and receive all parts and materials, update purchase order status and inventory records, contact carrier representatives, coordinate packing and shipping, resolve discrepancies, and perform general housekeeping tasks.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will work independently with minimal supervision, adhere to and enforce health & safety policies, and assist and support the Production team as required.

Requirements

• High School diploma with 3-5 years of shipping/receiving and inventory control experience
• Knowledge of Import/Export Compliance, Customs documentation, ITAR, Incoterms
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, Epicor preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Word)
• Physically capable of performing the essential duties of the job and able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to complete training as a forklift operator
