Role Overview

The Dean of VUU Technical College will serve as the chief academic and administrative officer, responsible for establishing the College's strategic vision, overseeing academic excellence, and ensuring financial sustainability. The Dean will lead the development of innovative, workforce-aligned programs and foster partnerships with industry, community, and government stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Promote innovative academic programming, foster a culture of collaboration, and ensure the College meets accreditation and compliance standards. Oversee the College's annual operating budget and fiscal management, build strong partnerships with business and industry, and engage with local communities and alumni.
